About the CBHA

The Canadian Barefoot Horse Association was officially formed in 2009 to supply Canada with a solid training and certification program for upcoming natural hoof & horse care professionals. It was formed to provide the necessary skills to recognize and maintain healthy hooves and horses, as well as to rehabilitate unsound ones and to maximize the performance of competition horses in all disciplines. The CBHA is a nation-wide, non-profit organization which also educates the equine community on the benefits of natural hoof and horse care in order to equip owners with the knowledge to provide their horses with a healthier domestic lifestyle. For more information about the CBHA please see the About Us page.
